Her professional accomplishments include tenure as a National Sales Director for a successful startup organization where she managed a growing team of mid level sales professionals. Prior to founding RG & company, Shira had the good fortune to gain recruiting/search experience via joining two premier Executive Search Firms in the Raleigh and Atlanta areas. In these roles, Shira provided search consulting, business development and account management services to growing sales organizations.

In founding RG, it is Shira’s vision to take recruiting to the next level by being less of a resume pushing organization and more of an extension of our clients.
